Memory Clinic

The Memory Clinic System was the inital system I developed at the Mater Hospital. It had been worked on by the previous programmer but it still had alot to be done to it. I spent my 6 months at the Mater trying to get it finished but because requirements change so often, once I completed a portion of the system another portion was added.

This final version of mine only required the reports to be finalised for it to be finished
