DDOC System

The DDOC system was a project I was given on my own to do in php and mysql. It allowed multiple users to login and fill in a ddoc form. The system involved me writing checks to ensure correct information was entered and also a check to make sure that form was printed out before user exited system. It was a small project but was good to get back into some php and mysql programming as this website is written in php.
