Asset and Document Register

When I arrived at Minecom there was no other web deverloper so noone knew what to expect from me. The first task I was given was to create an Asset Register to store details of Assets that belonged to Minecom. I was able to quickly produce a simple table with complete CRUD features using my previous experience which incorporated a theme from jquery themeroller. Once I had a working version I further developed my skills with php classes, firephp debugger and my javascript skills. My second project was a larger project the docuement register, I was just given alot of requests and told they wanted all these features so my basis was really a confused idea with to many feature. I had to organize what they required and provide a system that did everything they needed and was simple to use and that they could make further requests thrue Jira for future versions. The original version I created was such a success that the further features requested where forgotten during my time in minecom. The registers where setup so that they plugged into the confluence server and stored the username of the user who was logged into confluence within the table. I also had to learn a java scripted language called groovy to allow page to be included in confluence and to store the username within the table
