Your attention please o honoured sage,
For a moment let your thoughts engage,
Though heaven forbid such prospects loom,
What should we write upon your tomb,?
The great mind paused and thought a while,
Above the beard there shone a smile
“Hie jacet,? Shaw, G.B.,
Indeed! Then who the devil was he”
A placid sheet of blue in surround of green,
In this beauteous land ‘tis not
Surprising to have seen
