KIND WORDS
We hear a lot about justice done,
And seen to be,
That’s fair enough, very true
But many acts of justice and kindness
Take place
Seen only by a few.
Bereavement haunted me, the sun blacked out,
You running past, stopped,
An instant panacea for my sorrows you provide,
While thoughtless ones more sorrow would inflict.
To a burying ground you brilliance brought
Knew what to say and said it well
All that was wrong was by you there appeared,
A new sun shone.
Bereavement greatly eased
